Is Basic a limited storefront?+
No. The Basic account includes a complete Stovefront website, menu, ordering, customer management, flyer creation, pickup, and delivery workflow. Premium adds additional operational tooling.
Can I upgrade later?+
Yes. Start with Basic and move to Premium when storage, costing, more pickup locations, or AI images become useful.
What counts as an AI image?+
Each successful new image or successful plating-photo enhancement counts as one. Failed generations do not use the monthly allowance.
Can I use my own inventory system?+
Yes. Storage and costing are optional Premium tools. The storefront remains complete when those records live somewhere else.
Are AI images included in the free trial?+
No. The trial includes every other Premium tool — storage, costing, benchmarks, and extra pickup locations — but AI image generation and enhancement unlock only when a paid Premium subscription starts. Uploading your own photos works throughout.
What happens if I try Premium tools and then choose Basic?+
Your data stays; the Premium tools stop. Plan for pickup locations in particular: Basic allows 2, so if you set up more during the trial, only the first 2 will show to customers. Decide which 2 before the trial ends.
Where is Stovefront available?+
Stovefront is available to kitchens in the United States, and all prices are in US dollars.
